By downloading, installing, or using the OvertimeTracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

OvertimeTracker is a mobile application designed to help users:

The App operates entirely offline and stores all data locally on your device.
3. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using OvertimeTracker, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- You will not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
4. License and Usage Rights
4.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use OvertimeTracker on your personal devices for personal or professional time tracking purposes.
4.2 Permitted Uses
You may use OvertimeTracker to:

While OvertimeTracker strives for accuracy in all calculations:

- You should verify all calculations independently
- Complex pay structures may require additional verification
- Local labor laws may affect overtime calculations in ways the App cannot account for
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OvertimeTracker is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
- We are not responsible for any employment disputes, wage discrepancies, or legal issues arising from App usage
- We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, user error, or other circumstances beyond our control
9. Employment and Legal Compliance

OvertimeTracker is a tool for tracking time and calculating earnings. It does not provide legal advice regarding:
- Employment law compliance
- Overtime regulations in your jurisdiction
- Labor disputes or wage claims
- Tax obligations or reporting requirements
9.2 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Understanding your local labor laws and overtime regulations
- Ensuring your time tracking complies with employer policies
- Consulting with legal or HR professionals when needed
- Verifying that exported data meets your reporting requirements
10. Intellectual Property
OvertimeTracker and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
11. App Store Terms
If you download OvertimeTracker from an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play), you also agree to that app store's terms of use. In case of conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail regarding your relationship with the app store.
12. Updates and Modifications
12.1 App Updates
We may provide updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. Updates may be installed automatically or require your action, depending on your device settings.
12.2 Terms Updates
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes:

- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the App
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using OvertimeTracker at any time by deleting the App from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will remove all your data unless you have exported it.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms. Since the App operates offline, termination would primarily affect future updates or support.
14. Export and Trade Compliance
OvertimeTracker may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and will not export or re-export the App in violation of such laws.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OvertimeTracker will be resolved through:
- First, good faith negotiation between the parties
- If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under English law
- Arbitration will be conducted in English and located in England
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of OvertimeTracker and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
